Why do you need a contract? A contract protects you and your business. Once a contract is signed, everyone is on the same page when it comes to the decorations and all of the event details.

Why do you need a balloon menu? A balloon menu showcases your balloon services and displays your pricing. It’s a great visual that you can display on your website or social media. You can also print it out and have them available as flyers.

A balloon menu does NOT come with step-by-step instructions on how to create balloon decorations. Think of a balloon menu as the same type of menu that you would receive at a restaurant.   • As of now, I have four different contract templates for event decorators. These templates include:

    • The Balloon Decorating Contract: used when you’re providing balloon decorations only. Use this contract when you're providing balloon columns, balloon garlands, balloon bouquets, etc.

    • The Event Decorating Contract: used when you’re providing event decorations only (no balloons). Use this contract when you're providing tablecloths, silk floral centerpieces, flower walls, draping, etc.

    • The Balloon & Event Combined Decorating Contract: used when you’re providing balloons and other event decorations. This includes items that you are renting to the client to use at their event. Use this contract when you're providing balloon backdrops, balloon centerpieces, tablecloths, silk floral decorations, draping, welcome sign displays, etc.

    • The Event Rental Contract Template: used when you’re providing event rentals only (not event decorating services). Use this contract when you're providing tables, chairs, marquee numbers, centerpiece stands, etc. Use this contract when you are NOT decorating the client's event. You are just providing the rentals to the client for their event.

  • Balloon menus are designed to market balloon decorations to clients. Clients are very visual. They want to see what type of decorations you can provide for their event. Balloon menus are ideal for new balloon artists and event decorators just starting their business.

    Balloon menus can be used when you don't have pictures in your portfolio to show clients. For example, let's say that you want to offer balloon decorations for the Christmas holiday but you've never actually decorated for Christmas before. When you purchase a Christmas themed balloon menu, now you have a visual to use to market these type of decorations to clients. You can put this on your website or social media pages to let clients know what you plan to offer.

    Balloon menus are similar to restaurant menus. We check the restaurant menu to see what they offer and then order from that. It's the same with balloon menus. These are digital menus to show clients what balloon decorations you offer so they can place orders with you.

  • No, you don't need a paid Canva account to access or edit the balloon menu template. You will need to create an account. But only a free account is needed.

  • Balloon menu templates are designed for balloon decorating businesses. If you are planning to open a balloon decorating business, these menus are a good option for you.

  • Yes, you can request an existing balloon menu in different colors.

    All you need to do is send an email to info@yeseventdecor.com. Please let me know what balloon menu you want and send a picture of the desired colors and/or the color codes.

    Custom balloon menu requests must be paid for in advance. The price is $20-$40, depending on the color request.

    If you are looking for a customized balloon menu with your business colors, unfortunately I am not offering those menus at this time.

  • Unfortunately, all sales are final after you complete your purchase. There are NO refunds on any of the templates or digital downloads.
