What balloon decorations are we going to cover? Glad you asked!
Balloon Columns (also known as balloon towers and balloon pillars): These decorations are the best decorations to start with. I will teach you how to create spiral columns as well as organic columns.
Balloon Arches: These decorations are also perfect for beginners. In this class, we will cover creating the traditional spiral arch as well as the organic arch.
Simple Balloon Backdrops: Most people start with the most difficult type of balloon backdrops. Then, they get frustrated when it doesn’t come out as expected. In this class, I’m going to show you how to create a few simple backdrops. We’re going to cover backdrops with a garland along the top, a garland down one side, and a diagonal garland across the backdrop. That way, you can master your technique before moving on to the more complicated balloon designs.
This is a hands-on class. Please come prepared to learn and then APPLYwhat you’ve learned by creating balloon decorations on your own. I want you to get experience, not just watch the Zoom videos.
AT THE END OF THIS CLASS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, IF YOU COMPLETE ALL OF THE HOMEWORK AND EXERCISES.
When are the classes held? The weekly calls will be held via Zoom. We will rotate between meeting on Thursdays at 7pm EST and on Saturday (or Sunday) around 3pm EST. A final schedule will be provided prior to the class but please be flexible.
What if you miss one of the weekly classes? If you miss a class, don't worry! Each class will be recorded. You will be able to watch the recording after each class at your own convenience.
What do I need for this class? At a minimum, you will need a balloon pump, balloons, and balloon stands. A full list of materials will be provided once you sign up for the class, so please sign up EARLY!
What happens after I sign up for the class? Once you pay for the class, you will receive an automated email confirmation. Your order will say “pending”. That’s just a status that my website provides. Don’t worry. I will mark your order as complete once the 8-week class over.
When will I receive the Zoom link for the class: The Zoom information will be sent a week prior to the class start date. I will send the Zoom information to the email address provided during the checkout process.
